MASONIC WELFARE TRUST
The Trust which was launched during 1974 with a main objective of providing to all Freemasons and their families in the Province of Essex, ‘ON LOAN, FREE OF CHARGE’ equipment to aid those suffering from illness or recuperating from surgery.
Some of the main equipment that we can supply are:
- Manual Wheelchairs
- Three & Four Wheel Walkers
- Elbow Crutches
- Zimmer Frames
The main distribution point for all equipment is from our store at the rear of the Masonic Centre, Saxon Hall, Aviation Way, Southend SS2 6UN. Contact number: 07732 378656
The Trust is not a business, but a charity, run purely with freemason volunteers and as such is totally reliant on donations alone. All monies received go towards the purchase of new equipment.
Therefore, if you have had experience of using the services of the Trust or just want to help, please consider making a donation.
