The Colvin Lodge No. 5374 'Focus on a Fellowcraft'
Harry turned up for his membership interview dressed in a morning suit - was he a joining member?
Congratulations to Harry Prosser, 26, of Colvin Lodge No. 5374, in Clacton-on-Sea, on passing his Fellow Craft Degree. Harry lives in Harwich with Emily and they have three boys. A funeral director by profession, Harry has worked in the industry for 10 years and is a Fellow of the Society of Bereavement Practitioners.
Having recently studied for a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree Harry’s other hobbies, when he gets the time, are photography and entomology. As a member of both the Royal Entomological Society and the British Arachnological Society, Harry explained that entomology is the study of insect science and arachnology is the study of spiders.
When asked why he chose a Clacton Lodge but lives in Harwich, Harry pointed out that he works in Clacton-on -Sea and knows more people in the area. He added, “I am looking forward to the Third-Degree Masters Mason’s ceremony in May this year.” Harry is the first candidate in Colvin Lodge to be introduced by the Members’ Pathway scheme.
Thanks go to Jeff Palmer who was the local Membership Officer at the time. Harry’s Lodge brothers feel certain that he will thoroughly enjoy the Third-Degree ceremony as well as his future Masonic career as a Master Mason.
